Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address that the customer has indicated during the ordering process. Shipments in mainland France are made by La Poste (Colissimo) or by Mondial Relay.
For shipments in Europe, THÏAB uses the services of Mondial Relay, La Poste and Chronopost.
For international shipments, THÏAB will propose you the most suitable solution shipment, depending on you purchase.
In case of delay in shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you.
In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, neither THÏAB nor the delivery company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product (s) ordered.
Delivery delay
THÏAB undertakes to deliver the Customer as soon as possible.
As an indication, the average delivery times observed for available Products are 2 to 6 days.
THÏAB reserves the right to split the delivery of the order if, for example, part of the order is delayed or unavailable.
THÏAB cannot be held responsible for delays due to strike movements by the postal services or other unforeseen events provided for by the legislation on the transport of goods and goods.
Special case of unclaimed parcel returns / wrong address : THÏAB will send an e-mail to the Customer when the parcel is returned, inviting the latter to give their valid and complete contact details for the reshipment of the item (s) Products. Without a response from the Customer, the package will be considered property of the Company within 60 days of the return of the package, and a refund will be made to the Customer (after deduction of the shipping costs of the item (s) / of the Product (s) and any other postal charges).
Customs taxes and cross-border deliveries
Customs or import taxes and customs duties are due as soon as the package reaches its country of destination. The Customer, considered as an importer when it comes to a cross-border delivery, must pay any additional customs clearance taxes. THÏAB has no control over and cannot predict these taxes, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. In addition, cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection procedures by the customs authorities, of which THÏAB is unable to inform the customer. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the local authorities and local customs office for more information.
