THÏAB is protected by the intellectual property French code and any reproduction or representation, by any process, is prohibited and constitutes an offense of counterfeiting.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of litigation, the exclusive competence is attributed to the competent French courts (PARIS), notwithstanding plurality of defendants and / or call in guarantee even for the emergency procedures or the protective procedures in summary procedure or by request.
